Senior Consultant, Career Counselling & Spouse Support        (CBS – HD and French)

Since 2007 I have had my own company and worked as an independent consultant within People, Culture and Organizations – mainly career counselling, external HR Partner to small and medium companies and recruitment. Previously, I worked for many years in management positions in HR and Sales – preliminary in the IT sector.

Before joining Spousecare I have recruited many employees from abroad. I got a good understanding of the implications for the whole family.

For many years, I have admired Spousecare and the idea behind it. Acknowledging the importance of the accompanying family when moving to a new country and starting a new job. The move does not only implicate the person in question, but the move of a whole family. I’m proud of being part of the Spousecare team, where we support the spouse on the career part as to the Danish job market, Danish company culture and society.

When I was younger, I lived in France for a year and went travelling for another year to foreign countries and cultures.
